GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This section explains the rules relating to your cover, the schedule, terms and conditions together with any correspondence sent to you, as well as any verbal agreement we make, from the policy of insurance between you and us. Please insure that you are familiar with the content of all the documents and that all the detail noted on the schedule is correct in every respect.
 
INDEMNIFY
Subject to the terms of your policy we have the option to pay, replace or repair through a supplier of our choice.
 
POLICY CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
We may change or cancel your policy by giving you 30 days notice. We may give notice verbally, Electronically, by fax or post to your last known address. Any change or cancellation that you Make will be effective from the time and date agreed to. Please note that if you cancel your policy During the course of an insured month, the premium paid for the rest of that month will not be
refunded to you. If you no longer want insurance your refund will be very limited to amounts actually paid in the five months before the cancellation.
Your policy is a monthly policy and you must make the monthly payments in advance on the deduction dates as they are stated on the schedule. If we did not receive a payment for a policy on the deduction date you will not have any cover for the period for which you did not pay, if we did not receive payment for two months your policy will be cancelled immediately with no refund.
